LDA Capital Funding is an emerging real estate investment company looking for investment properties South Jersey and expanding across Philadelphia and Delaware. Founded by Lambert Arnold in 2019, our work blends community service, operational rigor, and strategic growth.
Lambert joined his family’s bakery in 2008 — a business proudly serving New Jersey since 1998 — after experience in black car transportation, a corporate library at a pharmaceutical company, and hands-on real estate investing. With mentorship from K1 Investors (Philadelphia), skill-building sessions through the NJ Small Business Development Center at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and support from Homestyle Realty (Union, NJ), LDA Capital Funding combines practical grit with purposeful planning.
